 Wivenhoe Surgery
national health service

The NHS wants to make sure that you have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can make improvements to our services.

The NHS Friends and Family Test is an easy-to-understand question that we are asking all of our patients.  It means that you can give your feedback about the treatment you have received.

When answering the question please think about every part of your experience, from your initial contact with us, arriving at our service and booking in to receiving your care or treatment.

You can give us your feedback at the surgery (paper copies are available in the waiting room or from Reception), or you can log onto www.Iwantgreatcare.org and submit an electronic response. You can respond to the NHS Friends and Family Test as often as you use the service or you can respond just once.

Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think about our service – what you like and what you think we could improve.  Ultimately you’re helping us to make changes that will improve our service.

Thank you for taking part and helping to improve our service.
